Chauffeurs will be at the designated meeting place prior to the arrival time. |

Prior to leaving for the airport, Chauffeurs & the Dispatcher are expected to update the arrival time. They make sure that they monitor all flights to avoid wait-time charges. |

Chauffeurs will hold a sign with the passenger's name. |

Upon meeting the client, our chauffeur will introduce himself or herself, assist the passenger with their luggage, and confirm the destination. |

If, after all passengers on an arriving flight have deplaned and the chauffeur has not met his/her passenger, he/she will have the individual paged on the public address system. He/she will then check with the airline to confirm if the passenger was on the flight. If the chauffeur is still unable to locate the passenger, he/she will notify our dispatcher's office and alternatively, if the passenger cannot find his/her chauffeur, we request that they call us to inform that they cannot locate their chauffeur. The dispatcher will then immediately call the chauffeur on his/her mobile phone and inform him/her of exactly where the passenger is calling from and what they are wearing.
