TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Last Updated: Oct. 23, 2008)

Client agrees for his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity of vehicle provided.
In case of chauffeur determination of misconduct by your party, he/she has the right to terminate or agreement without any refunds.
Client is responsible for any and all damages incurred to the limousine committed by his/her party during the service time, either willfully or accidental. (Rips, spills, burns, scratches or damage to the car or other equipment.) Minimum charge of $100.00 to clean any spillage.
Client agrees that contract must be signed and faxed back within 24 hours or reservations will cancel. Written additions and/or alterations by the customer, without written agreement of the company, are invalid and unenforceable.
SMOKING, ILLEGAL USE OF ALCOHOL (if passengers are under the age of 21), &/OR NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE TRIP.
Chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip, without refund, if he/she feels that the party is not abiding by the above rules or is putting the vehicle or the chauffeur at risk.
Customer understands and accepts that Acts of Nature, unforeseen traffic and severe weather conditions delay travel. There may be unexpected vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond the control of company, for which company shall not be liable to customer. There shall be no recourse for any of the same. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent and/or customer refuses a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, refund shall be limited to the amount paid by customer. In case of an emergency, the company may sub contract his rental to another limousine service. The company is not responsible to fulfill itineraries developed by the customer, which indicate a time that the customer expects to arrive at certain locations after the initial pick up time.
Neither the company, its agents or employees shall be liable for any personal property of the customer or customer's guests, which are misplaced, damaged or left in the vehicle.
Company reserves the right to institute and establish rules and regulations of guest conduct, which may be amended from time to time, including termination of rental, without refund, due to non compliant guest conduct.
 
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Transfer Service

Transfer rates are only available within a 45-mile radius of Washington DC Metropolitan Area. For service that originates or ends beyond the area, Hourly Service Rates may apply.

Hourly Service
Charges for Hourly Services are computed by the hour. Additional parts of an hour are billed at quarter hour increments. Services that originates or ends outside of a 45-mile radius of Washington, DC will be charged from the time the vehicle leaves our garage until the time it returns.

Cancellation
We accept cancellations without a charge, up to 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time on our executive sedan vehicles except limousines. All limousines cancelation requirements will varies on per contract basis.

No Show
For Flat Rate Service , a fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeur gratuity, will be charged when the client does not show up at the pre-arranged pick-up location.

For Hourly Service, a fee equal to the minimum hours of service and appropriate gratuity will be charged when the client does not show up at the pre-arranged pick-up location.

Credit Card Payment
All charges are billed to the client’s credit card within 24 - 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time unless other billing arrangements have been made. Receipts will be available upon request. We accept all major credit card.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND FEES

Wait Time
(Transfer Service Only)

For Transfer Service, the first 30 minutes of wait time is free and $15 every 15 minutes thereafter.

For Hourly Service, the first 10 minutes of wait time is free and $15 every 15 minutes thereafter.

Stops
Stop overs are $15 every 15 minutes. Fees only applies on our Transfer Services.

Service Fee
Chauffer's gratuity of 20% will be applied on the total bill.

Out Of Pocket Expenses
Tolls, parking fees, and other out of pocket expenses will be applied on the total bill.

Cellular Phone Usage
Mobile phone is available for $1.00 / minute.

Meet and Greet
Upon request, our chauffer can meet and greet you on your arrival in the luggage claim and assist you with your luggage for $30. This service is only available on Airport Transfer Service.

Holiday Surcharge
20% surcharge based on the fare, stops and wait time will be added to the bill on the following holidays:  July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day after 5pm.

After Hours Surcharge
10% surcharge based on the fare, stops and wait time will be added to the bill for services within the hours of 9 pm - 5 am.

Accommodations
For occasions that require overnight travel, Chauffeur accommodations and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client.
